Power Plastic non-metallic H78 shear pin sprockets do not rust or seize like metallic drive sprockets are prone to do. Lightweight and easy to assemble, these drive sprockets have a strong lubricated green nylon shear pin hub and replaceable UHMW-PE or Nylon 6 bolt-on sprocket teeth. Steel shear pins can be provided and sized for torque requirements. To be used in conjunction with PPC NMH78 drive chain and driven sprockets, Power Plastics H78 drive sprockets prevent damage to the collector chain and flights during overload conditions.
